Merchant Accounting: Small Business Cashbook is designed for business owners, shopkeepers, and sales professionals to manage their financial affairs easily and efficiently. Creating purchase and sales invoices, tracking debts and credits, and monitoring cash flow are simple and intuitive with Merchant Accounting. Additionally, inventory management is streamlined, as issuing invoices automatically updates your inventory balances in real time.

Define contact details with the ability to enter mobile number, email, account numbers, guarantor information, etc. In this section, you can also view the list of contacts along with their account balances, issue invoices, and record receipts & payments through this option ("Person transaction"). Additionally, in customer invoices, positive numbers indicate the contact is a debtor, while negative numbers indicate they are a creditor. Note that the terms creditor & creditor (or bank cheque holder) are equivalent.
After opening the selected contact’s invoice, you can use the “Send” button to share the invoice or bill via Telegram, WhatsApp, and other apps. Note that if your mobile is connected to a printer, you can also print the invoice or bill directly.
On the “Call/Send SMS” page, your contacts are sorted in descending order based on their outstanding balances. The person with the highest debt appears at the top of the list. You can select specific contacts and notify them of their balances via SMS. To make a call, simply tap on the contact’s name.
The first image shows the accounting app in vertical orientation. For ease of use, the app can also be used in horizontal orientation, and its layout for main screens and chart displays can be seen in the other images.
